HEALTH AND SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE (HSR) REFRESHER TRAINING

This is the one day approved refresher training course for Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) and their deputies elected under the WHS Act who have previously completed the approved initial five day training course. Participants will refresh their understanding of their roles, powers and functions in the representation, monitoring, investigation and enquiry into work health and safety management at their workplace under the WHS law.

This refresher training package is intended to be delivered to re-elected HSRs and their deputies who have previously completed either the approved five-day initial training course, or the 1-day refresher course in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011; within the past three years.

Things to bring with you:

• Drivers Licence or another form of legal identification. E.G. Passport, High Risk Work Licence
• Provide proof of previously completed either the approved five-day initial training course, or the 1-day refresher course in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011; within the past three years.
• USI Code

All students will be required to create or obtain their personal USI. Certificates cannot be issued without this number.
